Competition Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is promoted by Amy Grey (the Promoter).

2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

3. To enter, participants must subscribe to the Amy Grey website newsletter during the competition period. One entry per person is permitted.

4. The competition opens on 10:00am AEST 24 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 24 January 2026.

5. One winner will be drawn at random on 25 January 2026.

6. The prize is one original artwork by Amy Grey “Tranquil tides” (framed - 30x30cm). The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Delivery of the artwork is included within Australia.

8. The winner will be notified via email on 25 January 2026. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

9. By entering, participants agree to receive the Amy Grey newsletter and marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond reasonable control.

11. This competition is a game of chance and no permit is required under Australian law.
